ThermaGraph: graphene coolants for data center cooling

AI is pushing data center heat loads higher, and more operators are moving to liquid and immersion cooling. ThermaGraph applies our graphene know-how to the fluid that carries that heat away. Patent pending. Made in USA.

 ThermaGraphTM for closed-loop liquid cooling

A graphene nanofluid in deionized (DI) water, made for indoor closed-loop data center cooling.

ThermaGraph-DTM for immersion cooling

Graphene in white mineral oil, made for single-phase immersion cooling, where servers sit directly in the fluid.

+6% to +18%

Higher convective heat transfer coefficient vs a glycol baseline, in internal pumped-loop tests. Lab data, not field data.

20 to 58 kW

Saved per 1 MW of data center load, in a modeled 1 MW plant at PUE 1.30 (conservative to optimistic case). Modeled, not measured.

The heat transfer result comes from our internal pumped-loop lab tests against a glycol baseline. The kW figure comes from an engineering model, not a field installation.
