About this additive

Liquid cooling moves heat from chips into a coolant and out through a heat exchanger. A coolant that carries heat better can help that loop do more work.

In our internal testing results, graphene coolant showed 6–18% better heat transfer than glycol. These are internal testing results, not independent testing, so we recommend a trial in your own loop against your baseline. For ready-to-use fluids, see ThermaGraph™ data center coolants (patent pending).

Frequently asked questions

What heat transfer improvement have you measured?

In our internal testing results, graphene coolant showed 6–18% better heat transfer than glycol. These are internal testing results, so we recommend testing in your own loop against your baseline.

How is this different from ThermaGraph™?

ThermaGraph™ and ThermaGraph-D™ are our ready-to-use, patent-pending data center coolants. The coolant additive is for teams that want to add graphene to their own coolant.

Is the graphene supplied as a powder?

No. It is supplied pre-mixed in a water-based carrier, never as dry powder.

How much should I add?

Typical dose: 1–7% by weight, depending on the application. See the technical data sheet. Contact us to plan a trial.
