Press release
Supplied pre-dispersed for mixing into rubber and elastomer compounds, the additive is aimed at molded and extruded goods.

CHARLOTTE, NC — October 23, 2026 — Graphene Integrations today announced its Graphene Rubber Additive for rubber and elastomer compounding. It is intended for molded and extruded rubber goods, including belts, hoses, seals, gaskets and tire compounds.
What graphene can bring to rubber
Rubber compounds rely on reinforcing fillers to resist wear, tearing and heat build-up. Graphene is known for its strength and its thermal conductivity, and it is being studied as a reinforcing additive that can help rubber parts handle abrasion and dissipate heat. The Graphene Rubber Additive is designed to let compounders test those properties in their own recipes. Graphene Integrations does not publish performance numbers for rubber; each compound is compared with the customer's current one.
“Rubber compounders are practical people. They'll run a batch, cure it and pull it apart. We built this additive so it goes into the mixer cleanly, and we'll let their own test results tell the story.”
No carbon black, no dust
The additive contains no carbon black and arrives pre-dispersed in a carrier matched to the compound, so there is no dry graphene powder on the mill or in the mixer. It is added during compounding at 1% to 7% by weight, depending on the job, and the team suggests a starting rate for each trial.
Supply
The additive is available in 1 gallon jugs and 5 gallon pails, with bulk on request, and a technical data sheet is available. It is patent pending and made in the USA.

About Graphene Integrations
Graphene Integrations, formerly Graphene America, is a US graphene manufacturer based in Charlotte, NC. The company makes graphene and supplies it pre-mixed in water, solvents, resins and oils, never as a dry powder, so manufacturers can add it to products and processes they already run. Its products are patent pending and made in the USA. Learn more about Graphene Integrations.
