Graphene Integrations is a US graphene manufacturer based in Charlotte, NC. We supply manufacturers in the United States and internationally with graphene that is already dispersed in the carrier their process uses: water, solvents, resins or oils. We never ship graphene as dry flake or powder, so there is no loose graphene powder to handle, store or declare.
Graphene supplied worldwide, pre-mixed for your process
Graphene only improves a material when it is evenly mixed in. That is why every product we ship is a dispersion, concentrate or ready-to-add additive matched to your material. International buyers get the same products, documents and technical support as our US customers, and we test with you before scale-up.
Quote-only pricing and samples
Pricing depends on the product, carrier, quantity, packaging and destination, so all pricing is by quote. R&D samples are quoted too, so you can test graphene against your own baseline before ordering larger volumes. Request a quote or samples.
How international orders work
- Tell us about your material: what you make, the carrier you use, the property you want to improve and the destination country.
- Quote and samples: we quote the product, samples, packaging and shipping, and confirm the documents your import requires.
- Documentation: shipments travel with a commercial invoice, packing list and the bill of lading or air waybill, plus a certificate of origin or other documents your customs authority asks for.
- SDS and spec sheet: every product ships with its Safety Data Sheet and spec sheet. Tell us if your market needs a specific language or format.
- Shipping: liquid products are packed for the transport mode and shipped by ocean or air from the US, on the Incoterm agreed in the quote.
- Scale-up: once your trial works, we supply pre-production batches and repeat orders.
Regions we supply
North America
Manufacturers across the United States, Canada and Mexico can source graphene dispersions made in Charlotte, NC, with shipping by truck, rail or air.
Latin America
For producers in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Central America, we quote ocean or air freight and the documents needed for import clearance.
Europe
Buyers in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and the rest of Europe can test our products in their own formulations, with SDS and labeling questions handled at the quote stage.
Middle East
For manufacturers and data center operators in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and neighboring markets, we prepare export documents and ship by ocean or air.
Asia-Pacific
Companies in Japan, South Korea, India, Southeast Asia and Australia can request samples and quotes for graphene pre-dispersed in their own carrier.
Applications
- Data center coolants: ThermaGraph™ (graphene in deionized water) for closed-loop liquid cooling showed a +6% to +18% higher convective heat transfer coefficient than a glycol baseline in internal pumped-loop lab tests (lab data, not field data). ThermaGraph-D™ is graphene in white mineral oil for single-phase immersion cooling.
- Aerospace and armor composites: graphene-enhanced polymer composites developed with Advanced Armor Research Group (AARG) and evaluated with V50 ballistic testing at NTS Chesapeake. See armor composites and aerospace polymers.
- Coatings: custom graphene dispersions for coatings and car care, including four graphene car care products developed with ITW for its Black Magic and Rain-X brands.
- Lubricant additive: up to 42% less wear and 26% higher weld load in independent testing at Univar's Houston lab.
- Concrete: dosed at about 1% of the mix, our graphene concrete additive gave a 67% gain in compressive strength in testing.
- Rebar: graphene rebar is in development.
Frequently asked questions
Do you ship graphene internationally?
Yes. We supply manufacturers in the US and internationally from Charlotte, NC, shipping by ocean or air. Tell us your destination country when you request a quote.
Do you sell graphene powder or flake?
No. We supply graphene only pre-dispersed in a carrier such as water, solvents, resins or oils, never as dry flake or powder.
How is pricing set for international orders?
All pricing is by quote, based on product, carrier, quantity, packaging, Incoterm and destination. Samples are quoted as well.
What documents come with an international shipment?
Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, the Safety Data Sheet and spec sheet, and any certificate of origin your import requires. We confirm the set for your country on the quote.
Can I test graphene in my product before ordering in volume?
Yes. We start with R&D samples dispersed in your carrier, and you test them against your own baseline before any scale-up.
