Graphene Coolants for Data Centers
Liquid cooling is becoming standard for high-density AI and HPC racks. We developed two graphene coolants for it: ThermaGraph, a water-based coolant for direct-to-chip and water loops, and ThermaGraph-D, a dielectric fluid for immersion cooling.
ThermaGraph improved heat transfer by +6% to +18% (internal testing results). Modeled cooling-energy savings for ThermaGraph are 10–29%; these are modeled, not measured, results. ThermaGraph-D is used at 0.05–0.20% graphene; read its safety data sheet before use.
