ThermaGraph-D™ Immersion Cooling Fluid

ThermaGraph-D™ is graphene pre-dispersed in Drakeol white mineral oil, formulated as a dielectric fluid for single-phase immersion cooling, where servers sit directly in the fluid. It is supplied pre-mixed, never as powder, and contains no carbon black.

Electrical and thermal

Formulated for low electrical conductivity and enhanced thermal conductivity. Low electrical conductivity reduces shorting and corrosion risk around electronics if a leak or contact happens; high thermal conductivity moves heat away faster. Measured values, including breakdown voltage, are reported on each lot’s Certificate of Analysis.

If it leaks

Glycol-free, low-toxicity mineral oil base. Do not swallow: aspiration hazard (Category 1, H304: may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways); do not induce vomiting. Prolonged skin contact may cause dryness (see SDS). Isolate power, absorb and clean before re-energizing.

Breakdown voltage and electrical conductivity are reported on the signed technical data sheet for each lot, and heat transfer is reported against the unfilled dielectric at the same temperature and method. Do not energize boards until those electrical values are on the signed sheet.
