Graphene Products: Dispersions, Concentrates and Additives

Graphene Integrations is a US graphene manufacturer based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We make graphene and supply it already dispersed in the materials manufacturers use: water, solvents, resins and oils. Our products are graphene dispersions, concentrates and additives, matched to your material and tested with you before scale-up.

Buy graphene, pre-dispersed for your process

Looking to buy graphene or find graphene for sale? We sell graphene only pre-dispersed in the carrier chemical you need, not as dry flake or powder. Pricing and samples are by quote. Request a quote.

Graphene dispersions and concentrates

Graphene only improves a material when it is evenly mixed in. Loose graphene powder tends to clump, so we deliver graphene pre-dispersed in a carrier that is compatible with your process. Read about our graphene dispersions.

Graphene additives by application

Concrete

Our graphene concrete additive is dosed at about 1% of the mix. In testing it gave a 67% gain in compressive strength. Graphene concrete additive.

Lubricants and oils

Our graphene lubricant reduced wear by up to 42% and raised weld load by 26% in independent testing at Univar's Houston lab. We work with leading chemical distributors, including Nano Technology Chemicals (NTC). Graphene lubricant additive.

Car care and coatings

We developed four graphene car care products with ITW for its Black Magic and Rain-X brands. ITW case study.

Armor and aerospace composites

Graphene-enhanced polymer composites developed with Advanced Armor Research Group (AARG) and evaluated with V50 ballistic testing at NTS Chesapeake. Armor composites and aerospace polymers.

Data center coolants

ThermaGraph™ is a graphene coolant in deionized water for indoor closed-loop liquid cooling. In internal pumped-loop lab tests it showed a +6% to +18% higher convective heat transfer coefficient than a glycol baseline (lab data, not field data). ThermaGraph-D™ is graphene in white mineral oil for single-phase immersion cooling. Data center coolants.

Other applications

We also work on graphene for construction, textiles, glass, electronics, sensors and energy storage, much of it at research or development stage. See all projects.

Spec sheet summary

  • Form: graphene supplied pre-dispersed in a liquid carrier, never as dry flake or powder.
  • Carrier options: water, solvents, resins, oils, or the carrier chemical your process needs.
  • Typical uses: concrete, lubricants and oils, composites and resins, coatings, car care and data center coolants.
  • Handling: liquid product, so there is no dry graphene powder to handle. Follow the mixing, storage and safety instructions on the spec sheet and SDS supplied with each product.

The full spec sheet and SDS are available on request. Request a quote, samples or a spec sheet / SDS.

Partner with us

We are looking for manufacturers and brands in any industry, in the US and internationally, that want graphene integrated into their existing product lines. Graphene integration partners.

How to work with us

  1. Tell us about your material: what you make, what you want to improve, and the volumes you work at.
  2. Choose a graphene product: we help you pick a dispersion, concentrate or additive and a starting dose, and quote R&D samples.
  3. Test and refine together: we work with your engineers and formulators to test it in your material.
  4. Scale up: pre-production batches, high-volume orders and just-in-time delivery options.

Request a quote for graphene, samples or a spec sheet / SDS, or contact us.

How to order

  1. Tell us your product: the material or formulation, the carrier it uses, and the property you want to improve.
  2. Request a quote, samples or a spec sheet / SDS through the quote and sample request form. Pricing and samples are by quote.
  3. Lab trial: we disperse graphene into your carrier and you test it against your own baseline.
  4. Scale-up and supply: once the trial works, we scale up and supply graphene pre-dispersed in that carrier, made in Charlotte, NC.

Frequently asked questions

Is your graphene made in the USA?

Yes. Our operation, from research and development to production, is in the USA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

What forms do you supply graphene in?

We supply graphene dispersed in water, solvents, resins and oils, as dispersions, concentrates and ready-to-add additives.

Can I test graphene in my own product first?

Yes. We start with R&D samples and test in your material before any scale-up. Results depend on the formulation, so we confirm them in your process.

Do you sell graphene powder?

No. We supply graphene only pre-dispersed in the carrier chemical you need, such as water, solvents, resins or oils, so you never handle dry graphene powder.

Are you a US graphene manufacturer?

Yes. We make graphene in Charlotte, North Carolina, and supply manufacturers across the US and internationally.
