Partner With Us: Graphene Integration Partners

Graphene Integrations is looking for graphene integration partners: manufacturers and brands in any industry, in the US and internationally, that want graphene integrated into their existing product lines. We are a graphene supplier for manufacturers. We make graphene in Charlotte, North Carolina, disperse it into the carrier, resin or oil your product already uses, and work with your team from lab trials to supply.

Who we look for

  • Manufacturers with an established product line who want to test whether graphene improves it.
  • Brands that want a graphene-enhanced version of an existing product, as ITW did for Black Magic and Rain-X.
  • Formulators and compounders looking for a graphene additive supplier that delivers graphene already dispersed.
  • Any industry, any country. We work with US and international partners, as an international graphene supplier.

How graphene integration works

  1. Your product and goal. Tell us what you make, what you want to improve and the volumes you work at.
  2. We disperse graphene into your carrier. We sell graphene only pre-dispersed, in the water, solvent, resin, oil or other carrier chemical your process needs, not as dry flake or powder.
  3. Lab trials. We test in your material with your engineers and formulators, and adjust the dispersion and dose.
  4. Scale-up. Pre-production batches to confirm the result at production scale.
  5. Supply. High-volume orders and just-in-time delivery options.

Example: ITW. Our first client was ITW, the company behind Black Magic and Rain-X. Working with ITW's engineering team, we developed four graphene-enhanced car care products, two for Black Magic and two for Rain-X, that made it to store shelves. Read the ITW case study.

Industries

Concrete and construction

Our graphene concrete additive is dosed at about 1% of the mix and gave a 67% gain in compressive strength in testing. Results depend on the mix, so we trial it in yours. Graphene concrete additive

Lubricants and oils

Our graphene lubricant additive, available now, reduced wear by up to 42% and raised weld load by 26% in independent testing at Univar's Houston lab. We can disperse graphene into your base oil for trials. Graphene lubricant additive

Coatings and paints

We supply graphene dispersed in solvents and resins for coating formulations. Coating performance has to be proven in each formulation; we don't publish general coating results. Graphene dispersions

Plastics and composites

We disperse graphene into resins for polymer composites. Graphene-enhanced composites developed with Advanced Armor Research Group (AARG) were evaluated with V50 ballistic testing at NTS Chesapeake. Armor composites

Automotive and car care

We developed four graphene car care products with ITW for Black Magic and Rain-X, which made it to store shelves. We work with automotive brands on graphene in existing products. ITW case study

Aerospace and defense

We develop graphene-integrated polymers and composites for aerospace and defense, including V50-tested composites with AARG at NTS Chesapeake. Aerospace qualification is done program by program. Aerospace polymers

Data center cooling

ThermaGraph™ is a graphene coolant in deionized water for indoor closed loops; it showed a +6% to +18% higher convective heat transfer coefficient than a glycol baseline in internal pumped-loop lab tests (lab data, not field data). ThermaGraph-D™ is for single-phase immersion. Data center coolants

Textiles

Graphene in fibers and fabric coatings is at research and development stage with us. We are looking for textile partners to trial it in existing fabrics. Graphene in textiles

Electronics

Graphene's electrical and thermal conductivity is widely researched for electronics. Our electronics work is at research stage, and we look for partners who want to test graphene in their materials. Graphene in electronics

Energy storage

Graphene is being researched for batteries and supercapacitors. Our energy storage work is research-stage, and we don't claim battery performance results. Graphene in energy storage

Industrial

For industrial products such as lubricants, coatings, resins and process fluids, we supply graphene dispersed in your carrier and trial it in your product. Graphene products

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with international partners?
Yes. We work with manufacturers and brands in the US and internationally. Our graphene is made in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Which industries do you partner with?
Any industry with an existing product that graphene may improve, including concrete, lubricants, coatings, plastics and composites, automotive and car care, aerospace and defense, data center cooling, textiles, electronics, energy storage and industrial products.
Do you sell graphene powder?
No. We sell graphene only pre-dispersed in the carrier chemical your product needs, such as water, solvents, resins or oils, not as dry flake or powder.
How does a partnership start?
You tell us about your product, goal and volumes. We propose a graphene dispersion and starting dose, run lab trials with your team, then move to pre-production batches and supply.
What does it cost?
Pricing, samples and trials are by quote. Use the partner inquiry form to request one.
Has this worked for a brand before?
Yes. We developed four graphene car care products with ITW for its Black Magic and Rain-X brands.
