Press release
The additive is pre-dispersed in resin and compounded into the filament polymer before extrusion.

CHARLOTTE, NC — October 23, 2026 — Graphene Integrations today launched its Graphene 3D Printing Filament Additive for companies that make 3D printing filament. The additive is compounded into PLA, PETG, ABS, nylon and other printable polymers before the filament is extruded.
Aimed at filament makers, not printers
The additive goes into the filament polymer at the compounding stage, so it is built for filament producers rather than for adding at the printer. Graphene is known for stiffness, strength and thermal and electrical conductivity, and graphene-enhanced filaments are an active area of interest for functional prototypes and end-use parts. The additive is designed to help filament makers evaluate those properties in their own products. Graphene Integrations does not publish performance numbers for filament; results are compared with the maker's current filament.
“Filament makers live and die by consistency, spool after spool. We hand them graphene already dispersed in resin so it compounds evenly, and then their print tests decide what it's worth.”
Consistency matters on the spool
Filament has to print the same way from the first meter to the last, which makes even dispersion essential. Supplying the graphene already dispersed in resin is meant to help with that. Typical dosing is 1% to 7% by weight, depending on the job, and the team suggests a starting point for each polymer.
Availability
The additive comes in 32 fl oz bottles, 1 gallon jugs and 5 gallon pails, with bulk on request. A technical data sheet is available. It is patent pending, made in the USA and contains no carbon black, and graphene is never supplied as a dry powder.

About Graphene Integrations
Graphene Integrations, formerly Graphene America, is a US graphene manufacturer based in Charlotte, NC. The company makes graphene and supplies it pre-mixed in water, solvents, resins and oils, never as a dry powder, so manufacturers can add it to products and processes they already run. Its products are patent pending and made in the USA. Learn more about Graphene Integrations.
