Revolutionizing Graphene Manufacturing: Graphene Integrations Leads with Made in America Innovation

Graphene has remarkable properties in the lab, but it only helps a product when it is evenly mixed into the material. Getting that mixing right is the hard part, and it is what we focus on at Graphene Integrations.

What we do

We make graphene and infuse it into the liquids manufacturers already use: water, solvents, resins and oils. Customers get ready-to-use graphene dispersions, concentrates and additives that fit into their existing processes, instead of a dry powder that is hard to handle and mix.

Graphene's Use in Construction

Concrete is one of the most promising places to use graphene, because a very small dose can change how the material performs and it fits into existing mixing processes.

What our testing showed

Our graphene concentrate, added to concrete at about 1% of the mix, gave a 67% gain in compressive strength in testing. Results depend on the mix design, cement, aggregates and curing, so we test with you in your own mix before any change to a design. See graphene in concrete and the concrete additive press release.

Graphene Rebar: In Development

Graphene rebar is an in-development extension of our concrete solution. It is not a product yet. Our concrete additive comes first: our graphene concentrate increased concrete's compressive strength by 67% in testing with about a 1% addition to the mix (graphene in concrete).

Graphene in Construction

Graphene in Construction

Concrete is the core of our construction work. Our graphene concentrate, added at about 1% of the mix, gave concrete a 67% gain in compressive strength in testing, and our graphene-infused concrete showed a 15% improvement in water displacement.

Graphene in Concrete

Title
Graphene in Concrete

Our graphene concentrate is a concrete additive dosed at about 1% of the mix. In testing it gave a 67% gain in compressive strength. It is supplied ready to add, so it fits into existing batching and mixing.

What higher compressive strength can mean

Higher compressive strength gives designers more options. Any change to a mix design, or to the amount of concrete in a project, should be confirmed by the project engineer with testing on that mix. Results depend on the cement, aggregates, water-cement ratio and curing.
