Production floor with stainless steel mixing tanks, a red-motor dispersion mill, drums and a bulk container

Graphene has remarkable properties in the lab, but it only helps a product when it is evenly mixed into the material. Getting that mixing right is the hard part, and it is what we focus on at Graphene Integrations.

What we do

We make graphene and infuse it into the liquids manufacturers already use: water, solvents, resins and oils. Customers get ready-to-use graphene dispersions, concentrates and additives that fit into their existing processes, instead of a dry powder that is hard to handle and mix.

Made in the USA

Our operation, from research and development to production, is in the USA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Keeping it in one place lets us control quality from the graphene to the finished dispersion, and work closely with US manufacturers on samples, testing and scale-up. The company was formerly called Graphene America.

Results so far

  • Concrete: a 67% gain in compressive strength in independent third-party testing in 2023, at a 5% dose. Graphene in concrete.
  • Lubricants: up to 42% less wear and 26% higher weld load in independent testing at Univar's Houston lab. Lubrication press release.
  • Car care: four graphene products developed with ITW for Rain-X and Black Magic. ITW case study.
  • Composites: graphene-integrated polymers developed with AARG and evaluated with V50 ballistic testing. Aerospace polymers.
  • Coolants: ThermaGraph™ for indoor water loops showed a +6% to +18% higher convective heat transfer coefficient than a glycol baseline in internal pumped-loop lab tests. Data center coolants.

How we work with manufacturers

We start with what you make and what you want to improve, recommend a dispersion and starting dose, quote R&D samples, test with your engineers, then scale up to production volumes. See graphene manufacturing in America, our products, or contact us.
